The Ruess Group is an international marketing agency headquartered in Stuttgart, with additional offices in Munich and Leipzig. With us, you’ll work on the major challenges of modern corporate communication. Our projects revolve around four key areas that are essential for our clients:

  • Strategy & Reputation – from corporate positioning to CEO communication and change or crisis management projects.

Those who join us quickly take on responsibility for demanding projects with international clients. That’s why we expect diligence and professionalism right from the start – also in the application process.

Our recruitment process includes the following steps:

  1. Application documents – CV, cover letter, certificates, and, if applicable, work samples. This helps us understand your motivation and qualifications.
  2. Initial feedback – You’ll receive a response within a few days.
  3. Meet & Greet Day – A full day at our office: insights into the team, conversations with colleagues, answers to all your questions – and, depending on the position, a short task or a discussion with our HR consultant.
  4. Decision & contract – Transparent, reliable, and at eye level.

Naturally, we also apply this knowledge to ourselves. We are constantly working to further reduce our already low CO₂ footprint — and since 2021, we have been offsetting the remaining emissions.
